Accessing the Organization (Practice) Services

1. Open Organization Settings

  • Go to the upper-right corner of the screen.

  • Click Settings.

  • From the dropdown menu, select Organizations.

2. Select and Open the Account

  • From the Organizations list, click the organization you need to manage.

  • Make sure the account is assigned the Practice role and has the correct access permissions.

3. Organization (Practice) Dashboard

  • Once inside the organization, the Practice Dashboard displays several tabs that control different aspects of the account.

Services Tab

  • Click on the Services Tab.

  • In the services tab, you'll see the Organization Services overview.

  • The overview shows the service, status, date of effectivity (start and end), date of creation and last update.

Adding an Organization (Practice) Service

  • Go to upper right and click on the Add Service button.

  • This will open the form. Complete the following fields and submit using the Add Service button.

  • Service Type - Select the type from the selection (Eligibility, Prior Authorizations, Claim Status Checks, Claim Submission, Appeal Filing).

  • Active Status - Use the checkbox to enable the service immediately after creation.

  • Effective Start Date & Effective End Date - State the date when the service becomes effective and when it expires.

How to manage Organization Services

  • In the services tab, you can manage the services through the service settings. Just select the service you want to update, ang go to settings.

  • In the settings, you'll see the options to edit, deactivate, and delete.

  • Editing a service will allow you to update the Effective Start Date & Effective End Date, and Service's Active Status.

  • Deactivating the service will change the service status from Active to Inactive.

  • Deleting the portal will delete the portal entry.
