Accessing the Practice Organization Dashboard
1. Open Organization Settings
Go to the upper-right corner of the screen.
Click Settings.
From the dropdown menu, select Organizations.
2. Select and Open the Account
From the Organizations list, click the organization you need to manage.
Make sure the account is assigned the Practice role and has the correct access permissions.
3. Organization – Practice Dashboard Overview
Once inside the organization, the Practice Dashboard displays several tabs that control different aspects of the account.
You will see the following tabs:

Members
Relations
Locations
Pricing
Logo
Portals
Enrollments
Services
Details Tab
Below are all fields and configuration options found under the Details tab, organized into clear bullet points.
External System Integration
External System * — Select the external platform the practice is linked to.
External ID * — The practice’s identifier in the selected external system.
Store External ID — Saves the external ID mapping for ongoing integration.
Organization Details
Name — Internal name of the organization within Medflow IO.
Organization Type — Indicates the account type (e.g., Practice).
NPI — National Provider Identifier for the practice.
Legal Name — The official registered name of the organization.
DBA — “Doing Business As” name used publicly if different from the legal name.
Authorized Official Information
Authorized Official First Name — First name of the official responsible for the organization.
Authorized Official Last Name — Last name of the authorized official.
NCPDP — Identifier used for pharmacy-related practices.
PTAN — Medicare Provider Transaction Access Number.
Claim Submission
Claim Submission Checkbox — If you check this box, the practice will be able to submit claims.
Address Information
Address Line 1 — Primary physical address of the practice.
Address Line 2 — Additional address details (optional).
City — City where the practice is located.
State — State where the practice operates.
ZIP Code — Postal code for the practice location.
Contact Information
Phone Number — Primary phone number for the organization.
Email — Main contact email address.
Fax Number — Fax line for sending or receiving documents (optional).
Billing Information
Create Stripe Customer — Creates a payment profile in Stripe for billing-related features.
Tax ID — The organization's tax identification number.
