Steps to Track a Shipment
Step 1: Access the Appointment
Log in to the MedFlow IO portal.
From the dashboard, navigate to DME, then select the Appointments tab.
Locate and select the appointment that includes the shipment you want to track.
Step 2: Review Shipment Details
Once the appointment is open, scroll to the Shipment section.
Review the shipment information, which includes:
Tracking Number
Shipment Date
Shipping Address
Expected Delivery Date
Step 3: Track Shipment via UPS
Click the tracking icon next to the tracking number.
This opens the UPS tracking page in a new browser window.
Copy the tracking number from MedFlow IO and paste it into the tracking field on the UPS page.
Click Track.
The UPS platform will display:
Current shipment status
Shipment location and transit updates
Estimated delivery date
