Accessing the Documentation Page
Go to the DME tab, and open the Appointments page.
Open the appointment you need to update.
Click on the View Tab and open the Documentation page.
This will show the Documentation Page.
Uploading Attachments
In uploading files, just click Choose File box and select the file you wish to attach from your device.

You can also add a description for the attachment if needed.
Choose a Category
In the Category list, you'll have the options: Eligibility, Workers Compensation, Patient ABN, and Other.
Click the Upload button to save the attachment.
Manage your attachments
You will see the attachments at the bottom section. If your recent upload is not visible yet, use the Refresh button to refresh the Documentation Page.
