Appointment Documentation

This will guide you in managing your appointment's attachments and documentations.

Accessing the Documentation Page

  • Go to the DME tab, and open the Appointments page.

  • Open the appointment you need to update.

  • Click on the View Tab and open the Documentation page.

  • This will show the Documentation Page.

Uploading Attachments

  • In uploading files, just click Choose File box and select the file you wish to attach from your device.

  • You can also add a description for the attachment if needed.

Choose a Category

  • In the Category list, you'll have the options: Eligibility, Workers Compensation, Patient ABN, and Other.

  • Click the Upload button to save the attachment.

Manage your attachments

  • You will see the attachments at the bottom section. If your recent upload is not visible yet, use the Refresh button to refresh the Documentation Page.
