Managing Appointment Verifications

This guide will help you verify patient's insurance coverage.

Accessing the Verifications Tab

  • Go to the DME tab, and open the Appointments page.

  • Open the appointment you need to update.

  • Click on the View Tab and open the Verifications Info page.

  • This will show the Verifications Page.

Coverage Rulesets

  • In here, you can see the insurances (Primary, Secondary), provider, and Insurance Information.

  • To edit the Coverage Ruleset, just click on the insurance you with to edit. The Editing page will show. In here you'll be able to make changes. Make sure to click on the Update Coverage Rule button at the bottom to save the changes.

Patient Information

  • In this section you'll see the Patient Details for quick reference. You can also View the Patient Profile by clicking on the View Patient Profile button.

Provider Details

  • In this section you'll see the Provider Name and NPI. You can also view the Provider's Profile by clicking on the View Provider button.

Practice Information

  • In this section you'll see the Practice Name, Address, and NPI.

Clinical Information

  • In this section, you'll find the Appointment Products. It will show the Product, Product Size, Product Code, and Quantity.
