Overview
The order creation form has been updated to streamline documentation and provide more comprehensive clinical detail. In addition to the comorbidities section, the form now includes a switch that allows providers to activate wound assessment fields directly within the order creation process. This ensures that all relevant patient conditions and wound details can be documented in one workflow.
Important: This section is currently activated only for certain practices. If you do not see it in your portal, it has not yet been enabled for your practice.
