How to view a patient’s past and upcoming appointments.

Objective

This guide explains how to view a full log of a patient’s appointment history.

Key Steps

Step 1: Open Patient Profile

  • Log in to the portal.

  • From the dashboard, go to Patients.

  • Go to View.

  • Enter the patient’s name or ID in the search field.

  • Select the patient from the results list.

Step 2: Access Appointment History

  • In the patient profile, click the Appointments tab.

  • The system will display a chronological list of all appointments.

  • Scroll down to see older appointments or use the date filters.

  • Each entry will show status (Cancelled, Verified, Needs Review, Missing Information, Verify Address).

Step 3: Review Details

  • Click on any appointment to expand the details.

  • Review provider, location, date, and status.

  • Print or export the history if needed (depending on system permissions).

Important Notes

Canceled and no-show appointments may also appear for tracking.

Tips for Efficiency

Filter by date range to quickly review recent visits.
