Objective
This guide explains how to view a full log of a patient’s appointment history.
Key Steps
Step 1: Open Patient Profile
Log in to the portal.
From the dashboard, go to Patients.
Go to View.
Enter the patient’s name or ID in the search field.
Select the patient from the results list.
Step 2: Access Appointment History
In the patient profile, click the Appointments tab.
The system will display a chronological list of all appointments.
Scroll down to see older appointments or use the date filters.
Each entry will show status (Cancelled, Verified, Needs Review, Missing Information, Verify Address).
Step 3: Review Details
Click on any appointment to expand the details.
Review provider, location, date, and status.
Print or export the history if needed (depending on system permissions).
Important Notes
Canceled and no-show appointments may also appear for tracking.
Tips for Efficiency
Filter by date range to quickly review recent visits.
